Kelly Darling, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the e-commerce and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Portfolio Success Manager at ShipBob since July 2021, Kelly focuses on enhancing fulfillment solutions for e-commerce businesses. Kelly is also actively involved in the HQ Culture Committee and leads the United Employee Resource Group, promoting diversity and engagement within the company. Prior roles include senior and merchant success manager positions at National Sales Network, and account management at Supply Clinic and ADP.
