Megan Nelson

Megan Nelson is an experienced professional in talent operations and administrative support, currently serving as a Talent Operations Specialist at ShipBob, Inc. since June 2021, where responsibilities include building reports and dashboards in Greenhouse to evaluate recruiting performance and advising leadership on recruiting strategies. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology as a Talent Administrative Coordinator, providing support to the Chief Academic Officer and the Assistant Dean-Registrar. Experience also includes serving as a People & Culture Coordinator at Cielo Talent, where management of the post-offer process and various People & Culture initiatives was key, as well as roles at Royal Recognition, Inc., the National Shrine of St. Maximilian Kolbe, the City of Highland Park, and as a Staff Reporter for the College of Lake County.
