Prior experience includes several years as an Assistant Consultant at New Era India, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for leading product companies and engaging passive candidates to secure optimal job opportunities. Vinita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from ICFAI Business School, completed between 2009 and 2011.
