Sarah Ditton

Sarah Ditton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success & Key Account Management at shipcloud GmbH since May 2020, Sarah has also held leadership roles including Teamlead Reselling and Senior Business Development Managerin. Previous positions include Senior Key-Account-Managerin at Cellular GmbH and Key-Account-Managerin at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, along with experience as a Junior Account Managerin and in the hospitality sector at Arabella Hospitality SE and Lufthansa. Sarah Ditton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, obtained in June 2012.
