Mahitha Surabi

Mahitha Surabi serves as the Head of HR and Operations at ShipConsole since January 2020, where significant achievements include establishing HR and operations functions from the ground up and facilitating a 264% increase in headcount through effective recruitment strategies and the implementation of an HRMS for streamlined processes. Prior to this role, Mahitha held positions as an Executive Assistant at Apps Associates from June 2012 to December 2019 and as a Research Associate at Stratadigm Education & Training Pvt. Ltd. from September 2011 to July 2012. Mahitha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Operations and Marketing, from the Institute of Public Enterprise (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swami Vivekananda Institute of Technology (2005-2009).
