Jessie Ettinger

Jessie Ettinger has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they started as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at DAIS Technology, Inc. and later transitioned to the role of Scrum Master/JIRA Administrator. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Software Project Manager at Logistyx Technologies. Jessie then joined Convr in 2020, where they initially served as a Scrum Master/JIRA Administrator before taking on the role of Associate Product Manager. In 2022, they joined Balto as a Product Manager, and most recently, in 2023, they joined Shipfusion as a Software Product Owner.

Jessie Ettinger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Jessie has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they furthered their knowledge in Scrum by completing the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification, also through Scrum Alliance. In 2019, Jessie obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certification from ICAgile. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained two certifications: PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute and Product-led Certified from Pendo.io.
