Tanja Kristin Guske, CPC, ACC

Tanja Kristin Guske has a strong background in human resources and people operations. Tanja Kristin is currently the Head of People Operations at ShipHawk since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Simple Feast, where they held the position of Director of People & Culture, US from February 2020 to September 2022. Their responsibilities included building and leading an effective and compliant People & Talent organization, utilizing data to improve employee satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with California Employment Law. Tanja Kristin also served as the Senior People & Talent Manager at Simple Feast from December 2020 to January 2022, where they designed HR processes and policies for the US market and employment groups and provided HR strategy and advisory support to C-level executives.

Before joining Simple Feast, Tanja worked at Lidl US in various roles. Tanja Kristin was the Strategy Advisor I HR & Administration from March 2020 to November 2020, where they led special HR projects and played a key role in the pandemic response for frontline employees. Tanja Kristin also served as the Senior HR Manager - Employee Experience from July 2017 to March 2020, focusing on employer branding, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Additionally, Tanja worked as the HR Manager - Employer Brand from February 2016 to July 2017 at Lidl US.

Prior to their time at Lidl US, Tanja gained international experience at Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG. Tanja Kristin held multiple roles, including International HR Consultant for HR Marketing & Recruitment from October 2014 to January 2016, International Junior HR Consultant for Recruitment & Employer Brand from November 2013 to September 2014, International Junior HR Consultant for Training & Development from October 2012 to October 2013, and District Manager in Training from October 2009 to September 2012.

Overall, Tanja has demonstrated expertise in people operations, HR strategy, talent management, employment law, and employer branding throughout their career.

Tanja Kristin Guske, CPC, ACC completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business - International Commerce from the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, they also attended the Budapest College of Management (IVF) for an International Business program.
