Jen Williams

Jen Williams is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success for ShipHero. She is responsible for Customer Success and for providing Global Support for the ShipHero Warehouse Management Software (WMS). Williams’ greatest strengths are identifying and operationalizing strategic ideas, helping teams to become greater than the sum of their parts, and stretching teams to think about what they can be in the future. Her leadership of ShipHero is grounded in her ability to create diverse teams that can play off of each other’s strengths to elevate the customer experience. She strongly believes in taking care of individuals so that they can focus on creating memorable experiences for customers. Her passion for ShipHero comes from fostering a customer-first mentality, creating repeatable processes that can scale, and adding organization to chaos.
