Mike Azimi

Mike Azimi has a diverse work experience in the logistics and fulfillment industry. Mike is currently working as the Director of Key Accounts at ShipHero since 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Fulfillment Implementation from 2022 to 2023. Before joining ShipHero, Mike worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant at the company from 2021 to 2022. Mike was responsible for onboarding new enterprise and 3PL customers to ShipHero's software, implementing efficient SOPs and best practices, and troubleshooting implementation or configuration issues. Before ShipHero, Mike worked at Phoenix Direct, LLC., where they served as the Distribution Center Manager from 2014 to 2020. Mike also held the role of Warehouse Shipping Lead from 2006 to 2014. At Phoenix Direct, Mike gained experience in direct-to-consumer and B2B marketing, e-commerce, and third-party logistics.

Mike Azimi attended Georgia State University from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Managerial Science. Mike did not obtain a degree during their time at the university. In February 2022, Mike obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
