Michal Krymolowski Junior has worked in a variety of positions since 2013. Michal began as a Research Assistant at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in 2013. In 2015, they worked as both a Project Manager and Examiner at Era Consultants. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Organizational Development Lead at KPMG Israel, where they provided professional guidance to HR business partners and had day to day interaction with executives and partners. Since 2020, they have been the Managing Director at Woman2Woman - 8200 Alumni Association, where they lead a staff of 3 employees and a team of volunteers to support 5-7 programs, creates and manages mentoring and career programs, manages stakeholders, and partners with sponsors and executives from leading high tech companies. Michal is also responsible for 200+ alumni and 9,000+ social media followers. In 2022, they will become the Chief of Staff at ShipIn Systems.
Michal Krymolowski Junio has a diverse educational history. Michal obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2012 to 2015. Michal then went on to receive a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management from the same university from 2016 to 2018.
