Aurora Nichols

Aurora Nichols, APMP CP, currently serves as a Proposal Knowledge Manager at Shipley Associates, contributing expertise to the Industry Solutions Proposal Services team at Microsoft since March 2021. This role follows a series of proposal-focused positions as a contractor for Microsoft's Proposal Center of Excellence, where Aurora managed content systems and supported proposal professionals with tools like RFPIO. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant to Grants and Contracts Specialist at the University of Virginia, providing administrative support for NIH grants, as well as a Proposal Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where significant contributions included technical writing, graphic design, and proposal production that secured multimillion-dollar bids.
