Dan Burns

Dan Burns is a seasoned Learning and Development Advisor at Shipleys LLP, with extensive experience in training and HR roles primarily at Co-op from 1998 to 2022. In the current position, Dan delivers a variety of behavioural and wellbeing sessions, as well as a project management programme, to management colleagues across multiple sectors. Previous roles at Co-op include Learning and Development Facilitator, where the focus shifted towards leadership development and new technology training, and Operations Trainer, responsible for enhancing operational skills across numerous sites. Dan also served as HR Manager, providing support to Area Managers and Store Managers, and had a formative role in retail training and management.
