Marc Esterman

Marc Esterman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and business advisory roles. Currently serving as Counsel at Shipman & Goodwin LLP since September 2016, Esterman provides legal guidance on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and real estate ventures, while also offering outside general counsel services. Previously, as Associate General Counsel at Citizens Telecommunications Services, Esterman managed the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, successfully closing over $100 million in contracts.
