Barbora Habětínková

Barbora Habětínková currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global HR Operations at ShipMonk, having previously held multiple HR leadership roles including Director of Global HR Operations and HR Manager for Research and Development. In addition, Barbora is a mentor with Femme Palette. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Rohlik.cz, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR activities across multiple fulfillment centers, managing a growing team, and driving significant organizational transformation. Barbora has also worked with Korn Ferry Hay Group as an HR Consultant, focusing on remuneration strategy and employee engagement, and gained early experience at Philips in talent acquisition. Educational background includes a degree in Economics from Prague University of Economics and Business, complemented by an exchange semester at Thammasat University in Marketing and Finance.
