Franklin Castro

Franklin Castro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client and partner operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Experience at ShipMonk since June 2022, Franklin has held various leadership roles within the company, including Regional Director of Client Experience for the East Coast and Director of Client Experience for the South East. Prior to ShipMonk, Franklin worked at ASAP from February 2013 to June 2022 as Director of Partner Operations, overseeing a department of 130 employees and managing relationships with over 25,000 strategic partners. Franklin's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Infrastructure at Delivery Dudes, where responsibilities encompassed managing leases and network infrastructure for multiple locations, and as Regional Operations Manager, successfully launching new markets with rapid growth. Additionally, Franklin served in the Army National Guard as Military Police from February 2012 to June 2016.
