Capucine Motte

Capucine Motte is an experienced professional in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as Lead Operations Excellence at Shippeo since May 2020, after holding roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes a consultancy position at Nova Consulting from September 2017 to April 2020, where Capucine specialized in brand strategy, operational leadership, and market analysis across multiple international sectors. Additional roles include an internship at L'Oréal in supply chain optimization and various leadership positions in marketing and sales.
