Melanie Cross

Melanie Cross has extensive experience in strategic operations and marketing, currently serving as the Strategic Operations Manager at ShipperHQ since October 2017, after holding roles as the SI Program Manager and Marketing Director. Prior to this, Melanie held the position of Marketing Director at North American Management Corporation from 2002 to 2009. Melanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
