Shinya Tobe

Shinya Tobe has had a varied and extensive career in the IT industry. From 2009 to 2016, they worked for various companies in a variety of roles. In 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer, CMS Developer and Web Developer for the Nippon Institute of Agroinformatics Ltd. In 2010, they worked as an Opening Manager and Operator for \u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793e\u30b7\u30a7\u30a2\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u30b9. In 2011, they were a Co-Founder for \u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793e\u30b7\u30a7\u30a2\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u30b9. From 2015 to 2016, they worked for Shippio as an IT Manager & Corporate Engineer, Co-Founder & Engineer, Web Developer / Web Master, SNS Operator, Sales Support Engineer and Blog Writer.

Shinya Tobe attended Chuo University from 2003 to 2007, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies.
