Jon Wearne

Jon Wearne is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Shippit since October 2024. Previous roles include a short-term consultancy at Xero in August 2024, and a Senior Director of Product Design and Head of Design at Bill.com from September 2021 to April 2024, where the focus was on enhancing Invoice2go’s capabilities for small businesses following its acquisition. Jon served as Head of Design and Lead Product Designer at Invoice2go from September 2019 to September 2022, contributing to the development of a mobile app that simplifies invoicing for small business owners and freelancers. Earlier career highlights include positions such as Design Lead at Commonwealth Bank, Design Manager and Art Director at SapientNitro, and various design roles at ioko and Hoop Associates. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Anglia Ruskin University and has completed a Foundation degree in Art and Design from Falmouth University.
