Brittany Bandy

Brittany Bandy is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in candidate experience and recruitment coordination. Currently serving at Shippo since November 2020 in various roles, including Recruiter and Technical Recruiting Coordinator, Brittany has developed and improved talent acquisition processes. Prior experience at Lyft from May 2017 to May 2020 as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator included managing candidate interactions and coordinating travel. Earlier, Brittany worked as a Workplace Receptionist at Fitbit, where responsibilities included visitor management, event coordination, and building security. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Mary's College of California, attained in 2016.
