Manoj Pahuja

Manoj Pahuja has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Manoj is currently working at Shippo as the Senior Director of Software Engineering, with previous experience as the Director of Software Engineering at the same company. Earlier, they worked at Plato as an Engineering Leadership Mentor. Manoj also has experience as an Investor in 2015.

Prior to their current roles, Manoj worked at Nextdoor as part of the Engineering Leadership team, where they established DORA metrics, incident management, and testing strategies to improve productivity and reduce issues on web and mobile applications. Manoj was a Staff Software Engineer at Lyft and held various roles at GoDaddy, including Sr. Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Architect, and Sr. Software Engineer in Test. At GoDaddy, they played a significant role in developing and executing test strategies for the company's products.

Furthermore, Manoj has worked at Citrix Online as a Staff Software Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer in Test, and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Manoj was involved in testing Android apps and creating test plans, as well as automation and performance testing.
