Irene Diomedes has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade, beginning with a role as Junior Accountant and Office Manager at Senvion GmbH in 2010. Irene then worked as an International Customer Advisor at Belron International before joining Intertek as a Junior Project Coordinator. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Product Support Specialist at Netflix before transitioning to a Customer Success Specialist role at Launchmetrics, where they worked until 2021. Diomedes then worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Talkwalker for a year before becoming a Customer Success Account Manager at Busuu in 2022. Currently, they work as a Customer Success Manager at ShippyPro. Throughout their career, Diomedes has been responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, delivering technical training, managing client accounts, and gathering client feedback to support product development and growth.

Irene completed an online program in Digital Analytics for Marketing from SDA Bocconi in 2022, and an Online Executive Master in Digital Communication, Web, and Content Creation from 24ORE Business School in the same year. Irene is presently working towards earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Digital Media Studies from Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi, starting from 2023.
