Henrik Hyldahn

Henrik Hyldahn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Henrik is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ShipServ, a leading marine and offshore e-marketplace. In this role, Henrik is responsible for navigating the intersection between technology and the Blue Economy, driving sustainable marine trade and benefiting shareholders, stakeholders, and the environment. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Solutions Officer and the SVP of Business Development at ShipServ.

Before joining ShipServ, Henrik worked as the Supreme Group IT Director & Business Streams Director at Supreme Group, where they played a crucial role in the company's transformation from a government service provider to a supply chain-focused conglomerate. Henrik led all aspects of IT and implemented projects to drive operational synergies and leverage the company's logistics DNA.

Henrik also has experience as the Founder and President of Key Account Services at Seven Seas, where they developed and scaled the Key Account Service function to deliver revenue and EBITDA improvements for the EMS Seven Seas Group. Additionally, they have served as the Chief Information Officer of Seven Seas Group - Maritime Services, spearheading the strategic transformation of the company into a global provider of marine ship supply.

Further back in their career, Henrik founded and managed CUBISOL, a company that provided strategic advice, development services, IT support, and hosting services to clients in the shipping industry. Henrik sold CUBISOL to EMS Seven Seas to enhance the company's digital offerings.

Henrik's earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Information Officer at Camillo Eitzen & Co AS, a world-leading shipping group, where they incorporated IT into the strategic M&A and operations agenda. Henrik also worked at Carlsberg, where they held various roles including Change Manager, Integration Manager, and lead Account Manager IT. Additionally, Henrik worked at Coca-Cola Tapperierne A/S and Coca-Cola Nordic Beverages, where they held positions related to IT management and project consulting.
