Jon Butler

Jon Butler's work experience begins in 1998, where they worked in support and customer care roles at The Exchange and The Insurance Trading Exchange. In 2001, they joined Microsoft Ltd and worked as an IT Support Engineer, responsible for managing a satellite office. Jon later transitioned to the role of Dynamics CRM Support Engineer, supporting Dynamics CRM systems. From 2007 to 2013, Jon worked as a Services Account Manager at Microsoft Ltd. In 2014, they joined Videotel as a Technical Account Manager, managing key clients and serving as a link between clients and development teams. In 2021, Jon joined ShipServ as a Product Owner.

Jon Butler earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brooklands Technical College, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their degree, Jon also obtained the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from Scrum.org in July 2019.
