Rob Karp

Rob Karp has extensive experience in business development, sales, and procurement in the real estate and technology industries. Rob currently serves as the Executive Director of Business Development at Shipshape, where they are responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to generate new leads and close deals. Prior to this, they worked at BlackBirch as a Principal, conducting consultative interactions with C-level executives and collaborating with industry consortiums. Rob also held the position of Regional Sales Director at View, Inc., where they established and nurtured relationships with key stakeholders in commercial real estate development. Earlier in their career, Rob worked as the Managing Director and Head of Global Facilities Procurement at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing vendor spend management across a vast portfolio of properties. Rob also served as a Managing Director at UBS AG and a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they managed global procurement and led merger integrations.

Rob Karp attended Tulane University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Columbia Business School from 2006 to 2007, earning their MBA with a concentration in Finance/Management. Prior to these higher education experiences, Rob completed their secondary education at Scarsdale Senior High School.
