Account Manager Team Lead at ShipStation

David Lenhart started their work experience in 2014 as a Software Analyst at Software Advice. In this role, they advised software buyers and recommended systems based on their needs and budget. In 2015, they joined ShipStation as an Account Manager. Here, they implemented a strategic account management strategy and utilized back-office software to document work activity and generate reports. David also conducted coaching sessions with team members and led and assisted the ShipStation sales staff. In 2018, they were promoted to Account Manager Team Lead, where they continued to lead, teach, and assist the sales team while working with the sales leadership team to improve processes and staff expertise.

David Lenhart began their education at Blinn College from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Following this, they attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2011 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (Bs) degree in Liberal Arts with a major in Political Science and Government.
