Currently serving as Vice President of People Success at Shipsy since September 2025, Bhatia focuses on driving human resources strategy in support of AI transformation in logistics for global clients. Prior roles include Director of People & Culture at Aristocrat, HR Head at ET Money, and HR Director at Mastercard. Bhatia has also held senior positions at BT, American Express, Amdocs, and Polaris Software, leading initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Bhatia holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development.
