Linda Seal

Linda Seal, Esq. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and public affairs. Currently serving as Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer at Shipt since August 2021, Linda is also a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsel. Previously, Linda worked as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at The Home Depot, supporting the Outside Sales and Services organization, and held the position of Vice President - Legal & Corporate Secretary at Interline Brands before its acquisition by The Home Depot. With earlier roles including Associate General Counsel at The Home Depot and Senior Corporate Attorney/Director at Office Depot, Linda has developed a robust expertise in areas such as regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and corporate governance. Linda received a B.S. in Psychology and Political Science from Oakwood University and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
