Pavan Sreepada

Pavan Sreepada possesses extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Servant Leader at Shipt since November 2020. Prior to this role, Pavan held several positions at Target, including Senior Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, and Technical Architect, contributing to the development of the Next Generation Promotions Experience. At Walmart eCommerce, Pavan worked as a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer within the Global e-Commerce Division. Earlier experience includes work as a Senior Development Analyst at Dell, where Pavan focused on Java/JEE initiatives and the Dell Supply Chain model, and as a Software Engineer at Trianz Consulting Ltd, implementing advanced technologies. Pavan began a professional journey with an internship at the State Bank of Hyderabad, developing a Staff Training Management Tool. Pavan holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and completed high school at St. Andrews School.
