Cook Wylly

Cook Wylly is a Principal at Thoma Bravo, where Wylly has been involved since November 2021, leading the founding team of the Growth Equity investing practice at the technology-focused private equity firm managing approximately $100 billion in capital. Previously, Wylly served as VP and Director at Brentwood Capital Advisors, directing the software practice and providing M&A and capital raising advice to technology and healthcare companies. Wylly's experience includes roles at Accel Partners, NewSchools Venture Fund, TechnoServe, and Greenhill & Co., beginning a career in investment with a focus on private equity, venture capital, and development consulting. Wylly holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
