Terrell West

Terrell West has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2001, they started working at McDonald's Corporation as a 2nd Assistant Manager, where they trained employees and ensured compliance with food preparation regulations. In 2005, Terrell joined Aetna Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Representative, primarily processing medical claims and providing exceptional customer service. In 2006, they began their employment at Verizon Wireless, initially as a Customer Service Representative, handling inquiries and troubleshooting hardware issues. Terrell then became a Small Business Retail Sales Consultant, using their knowledge to increase revenue and exceed performance goals. Terrell later transitioned to a role as a Retail Sales Support Specialist, managing inventory control and coaching employees. In 2017, Terrell joined Choptank Transport as an Account Executive, responsible for sales, and later became a Carrier Sales representative. Currently, they are working at Shipwell, first as a Carrier Sales representative and then as a Compliance Analyst. Since 2023, Terrell has been serving as the Manager of Safety & Compliance.

Terrell West completed their education at Delaware Technical and Community College from 2021 to 2023, where they focused on the field of Nursing. Prior to this, they earned a diploma in General Studies from Seaford Senior High School, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
