Tony Chou

Tony Chou is the Founder, President & CEO of Route 92 Medical, and a member of its Board of Directors since July 2015, focusing on advancing neurovascular intervention. In addition to leading Route 92 Medical, Tony Chou serves as a General Partner at The Vertical Group, a venture capital firm specializing in medical technology and biotechnology. Chou is also on the Board of Advisors for InnovaHealth Partners and holds investment roles in multiple companies, including ShiraTronics, Luminopia, MicroTransponder, Carlsmed, Radiaction, Neuros Medical, and Hinge Health. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Case Western Reserve University and fellowships in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease from the University of California, San Francisco, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Carnegie Mellon University.
