Tessa Staley

Tessa Staley is an experienced community engagement professional currently serving as the Coordinator Communities East at the Shire of Ashburton since June 2023. In this role, Tessa focuses on community capacity building and sustainability through various initiatives, while managing stakeholder relationships and program evaluations. Previous experience includes roles at Children's Ground as a Corporate Partnerships Officer and Philanthropy & Fundraising Specialist, as well as leading workshops for Flourish Girl and managing fundraising teams at World Vision Australia. Tessa holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development Studies and is furthering education in International Studies, complemented by certifications in life coaching and early childhood education.
