Aled Ballard

Aled Wyn Ballard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Aled Wyn started their career as a Lifeguard at Cyngor Sir Ddinbych _ Denbighshire County Council and then worked as a Machine Operator at Tetra Pak. Aled Wyn later became a Teacher of Resistant Materials at Elgar Technology College before transitioning to the education field in Dubai. At Repton Dubai School, Aled served as the Head of Design and Technology, Assistant Housemaster, Boarding house tutor, and Design and Technology teacher. Aled Wyn then joined AQA as a Moderator before moving to the UK and taking on leadership roles at Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust. Aled Wyn started as the Head of Design and Engineering, progressed to Senior Lead Teacher and then became the Trust Director of Design and Engineering. Aled has also worked as an Advisor at APB Machinery and currently holds the position of Director at Ballard Property Development Ltd.

Aled Wyn Ballard obtained their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Birmingham from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they attended Bangor University from 2005 to 2008, and completed their earlier education at Ysgol y berwyn from 1998 to 2005.
