Morgan Kearney

Morgan Kearney, EIT, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Shirley Contracting Company, LLC since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing a project team for a $60 million Heavy Civil project focused on improvements to the I-95 Express lanes. Previous roles at Shirley Contracting include Senior Project Engineer for a $5.5 million project and Project Engineer. Morgan also gained valuable experience as a Co-op Engineer at Ulliman Schutte Construction, contributing to the Star City Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project, and as an Engineering Intern at Easton Utilities, evaluating and designing solutions for wastewater treatment issues. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining and Civil Engineering with a minor in Geology from West Virginia University, completed in 2020.
