Nancy Paridy

Nancy Paridy has extensive experience in executive leadership and legal roles within the healthcare and corporate sectors. At Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, Nancy served as President and Chief Administrative Officer from December 2005 until September 2021. Prior to that, Nancy held multiple senior positions, including Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Dykema from August 1985 to February 1995, and began a legal career as a Litigation Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago.
