Janelle Myers

Janelle Myers has extensive experience in the food industry, starting with their current role as a Product Developer at Shiru. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Food Scientist at Simple Mills from July 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Product Innovation at Wiley Road Foods from May 2017 to July 2018. Janelle also worked at Chew LLC, where they were an Assistant Director of Product Development from September 2015 to May 2017 and a Product Developer from February 2015 to September 2015. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Kitchen Intern at America's Test Kitchen from November 2014 to February 2015. Janelle has also worked as a Line and Prep Cook at Uncommon Ground from August 2014 to November 2014 and as a Baker at Chef's Burger Bistro from February 2014 to August 2014. Janelle Myers pursued their education chronologically starting with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Northwestern University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. In 2018, they decided to further their knowledge in the field of Food Science by pursuing a Master's degree from AgroParisTech, which they completed in 2020. Later, in 2020-2021, Janelle embarked on a new educational journey at FERRANDI Paris, where they earned a CAP Patisserie degree, specializing in Baking and Pastry Arts.
