Angelica Munson

Chief Digital Officer at Shiseido

Angelica Munson is the current Chief Digital Officer at Shiseido. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce at Theory from November 2014 to May 2016. There, they were responsible for leading the brand's digital relaunch and recreating and launching a digital division. Angelica also restructured the digital organization, integrated multiple functions, and created a social media practice.

Before Theory, Angelica served as the Vice President of Global Ecommerce and Digital Marketing at Clinique from July 2011 to November 2014. There, they were responsible for spearheading Clinique's digital transformation and international growth. Angelica also articulated the strategy, built and led the digital organization, managed digital execution and sales for retailer websites, spearhead omni channel retail initiatives, and launched global product campaigns. Additionally, they launched Clinique's successful beauty video campaign (#Startbetter) and the initial prestige beauty site on China’s TMALL platform.

Angelica Munson has a MA in Communications/Interactive Media from The New School and a BA in Communications, Film from Hunter College. Angelica also has a degree in Online Usability and Research from New York University and a degree in Interactive Media/User Experience from NNG.

Their manager is Masahiko Uotani, President & CEO. Angelica Munson works with Kenichi Saito - Chief Quality Officer, Atsunori Takano - Chief Information Technology Officer, and Norio Tadakawa - COO, Japan Region.
