Carlos Galicia

Carlos Galicia currently serves as the Global Security & Compliance Lead at Shiseido since February 2023, following previous roles within the company including Travel Retail Change Management Lead and Global Business Process Expert in Finance from May 2021 to October 2022, and Director of Corporate Strategy & Development. Prior to joining Shiseido, Carlos worked at Unilever, where roles included Senior Finance Manager positions across various teams and regions from February 2019 to August 2020, and a significant tenure from June 2004 to September 2017 in multiple senior finance roles. Early career experience includes consulting positions at Cartesis, Proudfoot, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, as well as a summer associate role at Goldman Sachs. Carlos holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
