Desmond Teh

Desmond Teh is a seasoned executive in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Shiseido since July 2022. Prior to this role, Desmond held significant leadership positions including General Manager for Estée Lauder at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from January 2016 to June 2022, and Senior General Manager at Shiseido between December 2014 and January 2016. Desmond's earlier experience includes General Manager roles at Gucci and L'Oréal, as well as Division General Manager at LUXASIA, and Associate Account Director at BBDO Worldwide.
