Eric Sutherlin

Eric Sutherlin, MBA, currently serves as Executive Director of Operations Finance at Shiseido, leading the North America manufacturing finance team since October 2020. In addition to this role, Eric serves as President and Chairman of the Somerville Educational Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization focused on supporting innovative teaching strategies for local educators and students. Prior experience includes holding finance positions at Mondelēz International, RB, L'Oréal, and Johnson & Johnson, with a focus on supply chain finance and operational support for major consumer brands. Eric holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
