Lauren Castellanos

Lauren Castellanos serves as the Vice President of Digital & Retail Systems and the Executive Director of the Digital Center of Excellence at Shiseido since May 2017. Previously, Lauren held the position of Director of Digital Production at Theory from July 2015 to April 2017, where management of site production and platform upgrades were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Global Production at Clinique from July 2012 to July 2015, overseeing the entire digital portfolio and implementing efficiency processes that led to significant growth. Lauren began the professional journey as a Senior Manager of User Experience at Direct Brands, Inc. from June 2000 to July 2012. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Quinnipiac University, completed in 2000.
