Nicole Tan

Nicole Tan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and personal care industry. Currently serving as President & CEO of Shiseido Asia Pacific since October 2020, Nicole previously held various leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from January 2006 to June 2020, including Vice President/General Manager and Country General Manager for Travel Retail China. Earlier career highlights include positions at Luxasia Pte Ltd as Sales & Marketing Manager, The Body Shop as Regional Product Category Manager, L'Oréal as Brand Manager, and Gillette Singapore as Product Executive. Nicole holds degrees from Nanyang Technological University and Bryn Mawr College.
