Philippe Lavelle

Philippe Lavelle serves as the Commercial Director for the Benelux region at Shiseido since November 2016, overseeing the Make-up division focused on brands such as NARS, Laura Mercier, and bareMinerals in Italy. Previous roles include Business Development/Sales Manager for Export EMEA, managing a P&L of €15 million across multiple markets and successfully launching NARS in Greece and bareMinerals in Poland. Prior to Shiseido, Philippe worked at McKinsey & Company as a Consultant, specializing in the consumer goods sector, and held a position as Marketing Manager at Lazada. Philippe holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from ESSEC Business School and is currently pursuing an exchange program in Corporate Finance at Copenhagen Business School.
