Vidur Bhandari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, value creation, and M&A integration, currently serving as Membership Executive at Outthinker Networks since March 2023. At Shiseido Americas Corporation, where Vidur has held the position of SVP, Strategy & Value Creation and Global Head of M&A Integration since March 2016, notable achievements include leading global integrations of acquisitions, overseeing digital transformation initiatives, managing a beauty tech incubator, and developing growth strategies for core brands. Prior to Shiseido, Vidur worked at Kearney as an Equity Partner, focusing on strategic transformation across various consumer sectors, and held roles at Siemens Healthcare, Zembu, and Infosys in technical capacities.
