Wendy Tng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Head of Strategy & Operations at Pinterest since January 2020. Additionally, Wendy is an Angel Squad Member at Hustle Fund and a Mentor at First Round Fast Track. As Director of Strategy & Innovation at Shiseido Americas Corporation since April 2018, Wendy has been instrumental in developing marketing strategies and driving product innovation. Prior experience includes a progressive career at A.T. Kearney, where Wendy held various roles culminating in Senior Manager, as well as a position as Senior Associate at Mercer. Wendy holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a dual BA/MA in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Oxford.
