YAN GRIGNON is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and logistics. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Shiseido Americas Corporation since April 2016, YAN has successfully streamlined the North American Regional Procurement Procedure and led a cross-functional team to implement a supplier management portal. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Buyer at L'Oréal USA Inc., where YAN defined sourcing strategies and executed purchasing plans to optimize supplier relationships and costs.
