Zebaish Varma

Zebaish Varma has a diverse work experience in various organizations. They started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Inspiring Minds - An Initiative for Change in 2017, where they provided career counseling to school students. Zebaish also worked as a Counselor at SPYM from 2017 to 2018, assisting drug dependents by establishing community-level support systems. They then joined Aawaaz Education Services, where they held multiple roles, including Head Of Operations and Head of Curriculum and Facilitation. In these positions, Zebaish developed and delivered curricula for thousands of students across India. They also worked as a Mentor, providing life-skill training to students in Government Schools. Zebaish later joined Aawaaz Foundation as a Trustee, designing and delivering teacher-training modules for educators all over India. In 2021, Zebaish took on the role of Business Head- ProfileKard at AdmitKard. Currently, they are working as the Lead - Social Inclusion at Shiv Nadar School. Throughout their career, Zebaish has shown a dedication to education, student development, and community support.

Zebaish Varma completed their Masters in Psychology from the Department of Applied Psychology at the University of Delhi from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Psychology degree from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi, from 2013 to 2016. Zebaish Varma's education in psychology began during their time at Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, New Delhi, from 2005 to 2013, where they studied Science with Psychology.
