Harsh Mittal

Harsh Mittal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer at Compre Group since April 2022, Harsh drives growth initiatives in the P&C capital solutions sector, overseeing financial and regulatory reporting as well as FP&A and tax functions. As a co-founder and Strategic Advisor at Shivalik Small Finance Bank, Harsh has played a vital role in the bank's transition from a mutual cooperative to a full-scale commercial bank, focusing on digital banking for India's masses. Previous experience includes significant positions at Swiss Re, where Harsh led group performance management, and KPMG UK in transaction services and audit. Harsh holds a FCA in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Leeds.
