Alexander Schanne

Alexander Schanne is a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist at SHL Medical since July 2023, focusing on recruiting engineers for the Global HQ and a new injection molding manufacturing site in Zug. Prior experience includes serving as Team Lead for Contracting at headcount AG from July 2020 to July 2023, where Alexander expanded service offerings to include temporary staffing and led a team. Previous roles at headcount AG involved talent acquisition for pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies, emphasizing hard-to-fill positions, alongside a recruitment traineeship as a Research Associate.
